Vermont Artisan Coffee and Tea
Vermont does coffee and often times they get it right. Vermont Artisan Coffee and Tea does indeed get it right. With a large selection of single origin coffees to take home and a very full bodied medium roast on tap, this is just what every café should have. They roast their own beans in the very same building as the café where you can see the monstrous machines from behind a window. The bar was in a horseshoe shape, very similar to a ‘late’ night bar. Not really a café to get work done in or chill albeit.
If you are feeling highly energetic (possible from the coffee) then take a shot at hiking Mt. Hunger. This steep yet direct trail gets you to the top in about an hour and a half for the average hiker and the views are utterly amazing. If your into something more laid back, drive up to Stowe and bike, or walk the recreational path. There is also Moss Glen Falls up past Stowe by about five miles, great place, short walk.
Overall, I would rate Vermont Artisan Coffee and Tea a 4.7 out of 5
