Brilla Coffee

Ended up stopping by this morning to see what Brilla Coffee was all about. While lacking a bit in character, the coffee and selection were great. Today, the medium roast on tap was of Nicaraguan origin from the Café Diego Farm. Very nice taste, a true medium roast, this roast is smooth with a mocha tasting finish. The café itself was very nicely appointed, comfortable seating, and wifi is available. Enjoy this modern style café for the quality of the roast.

Make sure to check out Wachusett Reservoir if you’re looking for fishing or hiking, it’s a stunning area with great views. Another option, that’s a bit closer by, would be the Mt. Pisgah Bennett Trail that’s about 2.5 miles north of town.

Overall, I would rate Brilla Coffee a 4.5 out of 5
