Mimi’s Coffee House

Up route 32, off route 9, in the hills of Central Massachusetts, lies Hardwick, a classic small New England town. With a local feel and outdoor/indoor seating, you can appreciate the town common directly across the road.

The Coffee is a nice medium tasting blend that has a clean finish without a strong aftertaste. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was ok. Generous on the bacon but a sandwich on a full slice of bread would preferably have more than one egg. The order also took over 20 minutes which is not very impressive. (I think this may be due to training a new employee however, something that I overheard)

There is really no place to really post up and “chill” for a while due to the lack of a couch or padded seats. So not the best place to meet up with friends or have that “meet up for coffee” first date.

Overall, I rank Mimi’s Coffee House a 3.9 out of 5
